Data Backup On a Small Biz Budget
I just recently discovered a great tool that might be very useful to you small business owners out there. The service is called Dropbox. It is a great cloud application that allows you to sync and backup files in a folder on your computer to their servers. You can then install the software on your home computer and sync up all of your shared files from the office to your home. This allows fast access to larger files, rather than having to transfer them each time and keep track of changes made. They also provide a revision history, so you can recover older versions of your file up to 30 days back with their free version.
